SERVICE
Some of this takes a day. Some takes a few weeks. A lot of it is one annoying thing, sorted properly, so you never have to think about it again.
You don't need a big problem to call me.
-
NOTHING'S TOO SMALL
Some of the best jobs I've done took an aftermoon
-
A thesis formatted, chapter by chapter, done in a day.
-
Hospital nursing worksheets rebuilt in Excel so they could be taught online.
-
Classroom grouping sorted out inside a Blackboard system that fought back.
If it's small, it's quick and it's cheap. If it's big, I'll tell you that before we start.

FIND YOUR SITUATION
Quotes in one place, job notes in another, and the paperwork only happens after dinner.

WHAT I FIX
The stuff that quietly slows every workday down.
The way work moves
Workflow fixes
Three people touching the same task. A job that takes six clicks when it should take two. I find where it breaks and put it back together.
Process mapping
The real version of how work happens, not the manual version. Written down, so everyone's finally working off the same page.
System rebuilds
Same software, wired properly. So the tool finally does what you bought it for.
Operational clean-ups
When something's been patched so many times nobody remembers how it was meant to work.
Documents
Long documents and theses
Formatted properly, usually in a day. By chapter or the whole thing.
Document clean-ups
Numbering that's gone feral. Headings that won't behave. Fixed.
Template creation
Build it once, use it forever. Works the same way for whoever opens it.
Word formatting
The stuff that shouldn't take three hours and somehow always does.
Information
Data structuring
Instead of six versions of the same spreadsheet with nobody sure which one's current.
Email organisation
So the thing you need isn't in an inbox with four thousand others.
Admin triage
When the pile's winning and you just need it to stop for a minute.

For students
Some workdays are harder than the actual work.
Thesis formatting by chapter or by publication, usually done in a day. It's straightforward work for me, which is why it doesn't cost much. Every document I've formatted has been approved for publication and every student has graduated — Honours, Master's and PhD.
If it's on your screen, I'll learn it.
Microsoft 365, Excel, Xero, Halaxy, Google Workspace, your CRM, whichever job app you're on. I've also spent years inside the big clunky ones — SAP, Oracle, Citrix, Blackboard, Nintex — which mainly taught me that no system is too messy to sort out. Yours will be easier than those were, and If it's a system I haven't met, I'll learn it before we start — my time, not your invoice. You're paying for the fix, not the warm-up.

BOO'S TIPS
If two people are keeping the same list, one of them is out of date. Always.
Not sure which one you need?
Most people aren't. Describe the annoying part and I'll tell you what it actually is, and whether it's worth paying me to fix.
Never hurts to ask.
